OUR CODE OF ETHICS
The Lucchini RS Group Code of Ethics sets out the general principles informing all the activities conducted by the entire group, be they in Italy or abroad. It was drawn up so that the fundamental ethical principles, forming part of the company’s culture, can guide the conduct of directors, auditors, executives, middle managers and employees of the Lucchini RS Group as well as professional service providers, external consultants, and suppliers who, in any capacity, provide professional activities or services to the group. Everybody is under an obligation to adhere to the principles and rules of the Code of Ethics.

ORGANISATIONAL MODEL
A CONCRETE COMMITMENT
Every company within the Lucchini RS Group has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and has implemented measures to prevent corruption as set out in the Lucchini RS Group Anti-Corruption Policy, which refers to the principles of fairness, transparency, integrity, honesty, and anti-corruption outlined in the Group Code of Ethics and in the 231 Model.
WHISTLEBLOWING
WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE
We have adopted the “Whistleblowing Reporting Procedure”, which governs the process of receiving, analysing and processing whistleblowing reports and outlines the guarantees of confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 (Whistleblowing Decree).
