As a Maintenance Technician in the steelworks department, Nicola Massoletti has gained strong technical and problem-solving skills throughout his career. His main challenge is finding effective solutions for both electrical and mechanical issues on the company’s equipment.

Luciano Giacomelli

As a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operator at Lucchini Mamé Forge, Luciano Giacomelli acquired his skills through company training and support from colleagues. He works on part inspections using specific techniques and pursues professional growth in a dynamic work environment.

Gianluca Cattedra

As a shift supervisor in the LMF department, Gianluca Cattedra manages staff, safety, and production quality.
Working in shifts allows him to dedicate time to his volunteer work with the Blue Cross of Lovere and pursue his many favorite sports.

Enrico Serioli

Enrico Serioli, who joined Lucchini RS in 2015, now manages a railway wheel production line. His work allows him to constantly develop new personal and professional skills, both from experience in the field and from constant engagement with co-workers.

Nicola Gervasoni

Nicola Gervasoni oversees industrial projects, tender processes, technical discussions, and plant installations in Italy and abroad. His role enhances company productivity and fosters enriching intercultural relationships with diverse people and global realities.

Matteo Andreini, Supervisor of the Technological Laboratory, tests all company materials. Valerio Mella handles the preparation of orders and hot working. His professional skills were enriched by his participation to the My Development Program, the customised training course that aims to grow the technical, managerial and personal skills of our people.
